To qualify, items must remain untouched, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. Keep your proof of purchase ready.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us without delay via WhatsApp. We’ll assess and resolve it swiftly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: custom pieces, personalized products, or items impacting safety (hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases).
Sale items and gift cards are also final.
Exchanges
Want another size or piece? Return what you have first. Once accepted, make a new purchase. Simple, clear, fair.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
